Welcome to Good Feels Fitness, an inclusive and uplifting space to support you on your fitness journey! Owner Chloe is a certified personal and group fitness trainer, yoga teacher, trauma-informed teacher, and functional movement specialist. Chloe’s fitness philosophy is all about finding movement that feels good in your body. Whether it’s easing into movement or pushing you to your limit, she’s ready to meet you at any fitness level and help you with your goals!

With one-on-one and two-on-one training, group fitness and yoga classes, or online movement programs Good Feels Fitness is focused on functional movement patterns (movements we do in our everyday life) and on facilitating joy in every workout! Trainer Chloe aims to have every client leave their session feeling empowered, inspired and one step closer to their movement goals!
