Chown River Gallery

Inside the Chown River Gallery, guests will get a small taste of authentic Haida culture presented through beautiful works of art and handcrafts. The gallery represents the work of more than two dozen local Haida Gwaii residents whose artwork ranges from argillite to zebras. Many pieces depict Haida culture and symbolism while others portray the wildlife and natural scenery that makes Haida Gwaii unique. The Chown River Gallery is a must-see stop for Haida Gwaii visitors. The gallery is located on Tow Hill Road, nine kilometres northeast of Masset towards North Beach in a quaint and eclectic blue cabin.

The Chown River Gallery is a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists.
