Located on a peninsula in west Daajing Giids, Haydn Turner Campground is the only municipally-owned campsite in the Village. Upgraded in 2016 the site boasts old-growth spruce trees, black shale beaches and a panoramic view of Bearskin Bay. With two beach walk-in tent sites and eight drive-in forest sites, the nightly fees are $15 and $20 respectively. Fees are collected daily or paid in advance.
The facility includes:
8 drive-in sites $20 per night
2 walk-in sites $15 per night
Tent platforms, fire pits, picnic tables and benches
Centrally located outhouse
Potable water spigot (April-October)
Fee Collection Drop Box
Firewood delivery available upon request

Coin-Operated Laundry services at the Laundromat in the City Centre Building at 117 Oceanview Drive
